Saturday 11th April to Friday 17th April (6 Nights)
Pete and Maggie Milne, assisted by Nigel and Teresa Goodricke, request the pleasure of your company to start the rally season at Bridgnorth Caravan Park on a free and easy 6 night Rally in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, yet only a 15 minute walk from the historic market town of Bridgnorth. Bridgnorth dates back to a Danish settlement in 895AD and consists of the Low Town on the east bank of the River Severn which leads over the bridge to the High Town on the west side which are conveniently connected by the Bridgnorth Cliff Railway as seen in the header picture. There are the remains of a Norman castle, a 17th century Town Hall on the High Street, and the Severn Valley Railway which runs through the valley to Kidderminster. Ale houses, pubs and restaurants abound. Bridgnorth Caravan Park is situated on the banks of the River Severn with a large rally field so there is no limit on numbers. There is no indoors area so gatherings will be weather dependent. There will be the usual meet and greet; a Town Quiz on the Saturday and other, yet to be arranged, activities. Although the rally is for 6 nights we thought that to encourage those of you who may still be working there will be a 2 night option of the Saturday and Sunday. The rally site will open at 10:30am. Rally Fee: 6 nights (per unit) £85 (Saturday to Friday) or 2 nights (per unit) £30 (Saturday & Sunday)
