The personal information provided to Hymer Club International (HCI) will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was provided.  This information includes Names, Addresses, Contact and payment details provided when applying to join the HCI either on-line or by paper application. This information will not be shared with a third party for any purpose unless permission has been given by the individual member.  

The only exemption to this is if we are required to disclose information by law i.e. to government or law enforcement agencies.
